1. Do you require Appointments?

We do take walk-ins depending on how busy we are but HIGHLY suggest that you make one for bridal, quinceanera and bridesmaids of 3 or more! A consultant is required to help you in and out of the gowns and in order to give you the best service possible we ask that you call us to make sure there is someone available to help you.

2. Can children come to the appointment?

While we love children at Dadu Bridal, we do not suggest bringing them to your appointments as a safety precaution because there are mannequins, sharp pins, and dresses to trip on.

3. What type of dresses do you carry?

We have a large selection of formal wear. This can mean bridesmaids, bridal (formal and semi-formal), Quinceanera, flower girl, mother of the bride/groom, prom, homecoming, gala, ball, pageant, and special occasion dresses.

4. Do you rent wedding or other type of dresses?

We do not rent our wedding or any other type of dresses. We do have rentals for men's tuxedos from Jim's Formal Wear.

5. Do you buy back dresses?

Unfortunately we do not buy back or consign dresses.

6. Do you do alterations?

We do alterations for dresses purchased in our store. We suggest starting your wedding and quinceanera dress alterations about 2 months before the wear date. For all other gowns we suggest 1 month before the wear date. You will need to bring in your shoes that you plan on wearing as well as any undergarments that you may need. You are also welcome to purchase shoes we have here in the store!

7. Do you carry accessories?

Yes we do! We have a large selection of belts/sashes, jewelry, veils, headpieces,Garters, gloves, and tiaras.

8. What is your return policy?

All our sales are final.

9. What is the standard order time?

Gowns can take up to 4-6 months to come in to the store. We also have many gowns that we can get in 4-5 business days based on availability of the style and size. If you have a close wedding date, NO WORRIES! There are absolutely other options for you that we can discuss at your appointment!

10. Do you ship gowns?

Yes! If you are out of state, or someone in your party is out of state, we do offer shipping options.

11. Do you offer a discount for Veterans?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount to all active and retired Veterans!
